Bis(2-ethylhexyl) Phthalate plasticizer is used to impart softness and flexibility to PVC products. Bis(2-ethylhexyl) Phthalate has been implicated in obesity and insulin resistance. It inhibits prostaglandin synthesis and adversely affects the endocrine system.
